The so-called “Schubkärchler”, small wine tents with wooden tables and benches, are the heart of the Bad Dürkheim Sausage Fair. On these benches, people are moving closely together to embrace yet another visitor and enjoy the merry atmosphere of the fair. There are 36 historical wine stalls with seating for about 120 people each. Only wines and sparkling wines from Bad Dürkheim are offered at the Sausage Fair.

In the Wine Village, a dozen wineries from Bad Dürkheim offer good wines from their cellars in beautiful glasses. Aside from classic white wines, you will be amazed by the variety of served hand-shaken sparkling wines and harmonic, dark red wines. You will also relish the various culinary delights offered in the two food tents where you can enjoy a cozy get-together in a special atmosphere.

The tents of the Winegrowers’ Garden, whose inner courtyard is open to the street, offers covered seating for 750 people as well as 250 open-air seats. In the courtyard with its sunshades and tub plants you will also find a light installation that supports the charming atmosphere. At the center of the yard there is a round sparkling wine pavilion with a circular bar. Of course, you will also find various culinary delights on the menu.
